Director
Prof. Yusuf M. Adamu
The Bayero University Press was established in 2014 by management pronouncement in October 2014. The Director was appointed same month. The challenge of getting an office space and qualified staff delayed the take off of the Press until August 2015 after the Librarian graciously made space available to us. The management generously fund a comprehensive rehabilitation and approved the recruitment of qualified staff.

Mission
To promote the publishing of high quality books and journals in science and humanities and project African perspectives on the global scholarly map!
